It was very informative, as well as unexpected! I did have one nightmare experience with the Palm Beach County recording clerk regarding insufficient border size by 1/8”, and I wish that I had known about this opinion back then! We ended up slicing a piece of extra mylar off of one end and taping it back on the other side to appease their requirements!
