Actually I have surveyed that imaginary line! I did a survey in Section 2 on the South side of the St Lucie Waterway from that description. Nah, I think I just imagined that...

What's scarier is that legal description was for a municipality and probably was NOT written by a surveyor. I run into descriptions in FDOT deeds that are obviously (at least I hope not) written by a surveyor. I guess they don't have to follow the same rules as we do.
